BornFree Hits the Road of Kwebang Lampas, Quezon

Kwebang Lampas was just recommended to me by Mich to go and explore, honestly i really don't know what to expect about this trip, i guess my "Dora the Explorer" instinct pushed me to go there hahahahaha! My backpack is set and BornFree hits the road to Pagbilao, Quezon.
Disclaimer: "This trip is actually to celebrate our one year anniversary as a couple." ( Lagot ako ke Mama Cynthia pag nabasa nya to! lol! )

From the jump off, signs like this will guide you to Lu Kang's private property, ummm a 10 to 15 mins trek.

Oppps! No Trespassing sign! Not to worry the property is already open to the public. Ate Gemma the caretaker when we got there is nice and accommodating.

Ton's smile says it all, the place is just beautiful! :)

The continues actions of the waters sculpted these rocks, one word is enough "WOW!"

The place derived its name from a rock formation which forms part of a cove in Brgy. Ibabang Polo in the southern part of Pagbilao Grande Island.

Cottages are also available but pitching a tent is highly recommended and its around 200 pesos.

looking for something fishy? :)

Jellyfish alert! locally known as "salabay" might sting you while swimming, so a first aid kit is a must.

look who's with us during the trip? Yey its Elmo and Po exploring Kwebang Lampas too! :)

Looking at the horizon, I realized that life is really an endless journey.

NOTE:

What to bring: If you plan to stay over night you must bring food and cooking utensils. Enough drinking water  also, though there's available water in the small store of Ate Gemma.

BornFree’s Trek to Mt. Gulugod Baboy

All foot is set to Mt. Pinagbanderahan or popularly known as Mt. Gulugod Baboy in Mabini, Batangas. This is my first climb and to camp put as well or should I say almost 95% of the group are first timers. I have nothing much to say about this trip but “It’s the CLIMB”.

Mt. Gulugod Baboy is one of the best choice for newbies because its just a minor climb with the difficulty of 2/9.

One of my favorite picture of the the trip with Mich  Breathtaking Background + our shirts :) Thank you Mich  for inspiring me!

Ton and I having a moment on Top! :) The view, the experience and the people i'm with during this trip makes it  an  Unforgettable one!

Jump shot anyone??!!

Pitching our tents.
Note: Don't forget to bring the pegs of your tent. Good thing bamboo sticks came in handy (Boy Scout mode).

Breathtaking Sunset at Mt. Gulugod Baboy.

Marshmallow Parteeey!!!

Everyone is amaze as the Sun slowly comes out in the horizon (see the reaction? lol! :) ) .

This is really a Good Morning!
